Adrak lehsan pisa hoa 2 khanay k chamchay
Namak Hasb e zaiqa
Piyaz bareek kati hoi 2 adad darmiyani
Timatar chokor katay hoye 3 adad darmiyanay
Kaali mirch pisi hoi 1 khanay ka chamach
Dhaniya pisa hoa 1 khanay ka chamach
Safiad zeerah 1 chaye ka chamach
Banaspati Ghee ½ piyali

Banane ki tarkeeb


Degchi main banaspti ghee ko darmiyani anch per 2 sy 3 minute k liye halka sag arm kar k piyaz sunehra fry kar lain.
Phir adrak, lehsan aur kaali mirch daal kar 1 minute tak fry karain aur timatar daal kar itni dair pakain ko achi tarha gal jaain.
Namak, dhaniya, zeerah, haldi aur chicken daal kar itni dair bhonain k banaspati elehda sy nazar anay lagay.
Chanay daal kar 2 piyali paani daal dain aur halki anch per das sy 12 minute tak pakain.

اجزاء:
چکن ---- ایک کلو
سفید چنے (ابلے ہوئے) ---- ایک پیالی
ادرک لہسن پسا ہوا ---- دو کھانے کے چمچ
نمک ---- حسب ذائقہ
پیاز ( باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ---- دو عدد درمیانی
ٹماٹر ( چوکور کٹے ہوئے ) ---- تین عدد درمیانے
کالی مرچ پسی ہوئی ---- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
دھنیا پسا ہوا ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سفید زیرہ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پسی ہوئی ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
بناسپتی گھی ---- آدھی پیالی
دیگچی میں بناسپتی گھی کو درمیانی آنچ پر دو سے تین منٹ کے لیے ہلکا سا گرم کر کے پیاز سنہرا فرائی کر لیں-
پھر ادرک٬ لہسن اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک فرائی کریں اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ اچھی طرح گل جائیں-
نمک٬ دھنیا٬ زیرہ٬ ہلدی اور چکن ڈال کر اتنی دیر بھونیں کہ بناسپتی علیحدہ سے نظر آنے لگے-
چنے ڈال کر دو پیالی پانی ڈال دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر دس سے بارہ منٹ تک پکائیں-
