دہی(پھینٹی ہوئی)۔۔۔250 گرام
چینی۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچہ
لونگیں۔۔۔۔۔6 عدد
چھوٹی الائچیاں۔۔۔۔10 عدد
بڑی الائچیاں 4 عدد
پیاز(باریک کٹی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔250 گرام
ثابت کالی مرچیں۔۔۔۔12 عدد
پسا ہوا دھنیا۔۔۔۔2 کھانےکا چمچے
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک۔۔۔۔2/1-1 کھانےکا چمچے
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی جائفل جاوتری۔۔۔۔۔4/1 چائےکاچمچہ
بادام(چھلے ہوئے)۔۔۔۔100 گرام
کیوڑہ۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچہ
پانی۔۔۔۔۔2/1-2 پیالی
نمک۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
تیل۔۔۔۔4 کھانےکے چمچے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں اور پیاز تل کر نکال لیں۔ اسی دیگچی میں الائچیاں، لونگیں، کالی مرچیں، دھنیاں، لہسن ادعک، دہی، لال مرچ، 2/1 پیالی پانی اور نمک ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ مرغی کے ٹکڑے شامل کرکے ملائیں، پھر باقی پانی اور پیاز شامل کر کے مرغی کے ٹکڑے گل جانے تک پکائیں۔ جب سالن گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اس میں جائفل جاوتری، کیوڑا، بادام اور چینی ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔
