Bought and brought many grocery items like daals, chicken, vegetables and moong daal. Discussed with my wife about making different snacks and iftar items with it. We shall cook chicken karahi, rolls, spaghetties, macaroni and moong dal samosa.
Whenever I have to cook something, I find the easiest one like this daal kay samosay at kfoods, and I am looking for more snack recipes and hope more of such kind of recipes.
It gives a beautiful appearance and I wish I could eat them today evening. Samosa's thicker outer shell like in potato samosa makes it tastier than other samosas. And as shown in the picture I think it will also contain thicker shell and be more tasteful.
small size samosa with moong dal. looks very yummi . All the problem we girls face in cooking iftar things is the hot weather. It is already so hot in summers and while making things in kitchen , frying this and that , it is so hard but we have to make it. Anyway my father likes me to make these things so I make such things anyhow.
humm yummy. I am definitely going to make this samosas as I have never enjoyed made with lentils. I have once eaten a dal samosa at my friend's home. I don't exactly remember the type of lentil used in that but it was so so delicious that I could not forget it and still miss the taste in that. I am feeling happy because I am going to enjoy it soon. Love you kfoods..
