دیسی اسٹائل منی پیزا

اجزاء:
منی پیزا یا چھوٹا پیزا جو کہ ایک فرد کے لئے بنایا جاتا ہے اب خواتین یہ سوچتی ہیں کہ ایک بڑا پیزا بنانا اتنا مشکل کا کام ہے تو چھوٹے پیزا کو بنانے میں بھی اتنا ہی وقت درکار ہوگا۔
لیکن اس ریسیپی سے بنائیں باآسانی منی پیزا اور گھر والوں کا دل جیت لیں۔

ترکیب:

کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اس میں کٹی ہوئی پیاز اور چکن ڈال اس کو بھون لیں پھر اس میں کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر، نمک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر پکائیں۔
اس میں کٹی ہوئی گاجر اورسرکہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں۔
چھوٹی بن ڈبل روٹی کو کاٹ کر دو حصوں میں الگ کرلیں اب ایک ایک حصے پر چکن کا بنا ہوا مصالحہ، کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ، زیتون ، چیز، ٹماٹو کیچپ اور شملہ مرچ ڈال دیں اورایک ڈھکن پر گھی لگاکر چاروں طرف پھر یہ بن کے ٹکڑے رکھ دیں اور پتیلے میں رکھ کر آدھ گھنٹہ پکائیں۔

٭ گول بند ڈبل روٹی نہ لیں تو آپ سادی ڈبل روٹی کو ہی گول کاٹ لیں اور اس پر سارا مصالحہ رکھ کر پکالیں۔
