Preparing Methi Paratha Recipe (Translated in English)


Ingredients:

  • Methi (Fenugreek): 1/4 kg
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Salt: as required
  • Crushed Garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Red Chili: as per taste
  • Water: 1 cup

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in flour.
  2. Knead flour with water slightly and make flour discs.
  3. Now flatten knead discs out like roti and cook.
  4. Enjoy with pickle or chatni.

Methi Paratha they have a little bitter taste but they taste so amazing once mixed with the flour and rolled into these parathas Because they are slightly bitter they really good was really amazing taste it seem so simple and everyone make it easy at home and my whole family also love to eat.
