Heat oil in a saucepan

Fry onions for 2 minutes in heated oil

Add red chili powder, salt and coriander powder and mix well

Add fenugreek after two minutes and mix again
|
|
When fenugreek liquid is likely to dry, put eggs
|
|
If eggs are cooked fully, add black pepper powder, crushed white cumin and green
chili and mix. Place for dam for 5 minutes.

When oil is visible, methi anda is ready.

|
Transfer in dish and serve.

Ingredients:
- Onions: 1 medium
- Salt: as per taste
- Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon / as per taste

- Fenugreek: 1/2 kg

- Heat oil in pan.
- In heated oil, add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Add

fenugreek liquid is likely to dry, break eggs and put into the pan.
