1) Chicken(boneless) 1/2 kg
2) Potato 1/2 kg
3) Green Chilli(chopped) 1
4) Capsicum(chopped) 2
5) Youngs Mayonnaise 1 cup
6) Egg 1
7) Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
8) Cornflour 2 tbsp
9) Black Pepper Powder To taste
10) Salt To taste
How to make Mayo Chicken Potato Cutlets
METHOD:
1. Boil chicken and potatoes separately.
2. Shred boil chicken & mashed potatoes.
3. Add chicken,chillies, green pepper powder, capsicum, salt and cornflour in mashed potatoes and mix well.
4. Now make a thin cutlet from mixture and spread over a layer of Youngs Mayonnaise.
5. Put another cutlet on it and shape as a full size cutlet.
6. Dip the cutlets in egg, roll them in bread crumbs and fry on medium flame.
7. Serve hot.
