ترکیب:

چوپر میں مچھلی، ہری مرچ اور نمک ڈال کر پیس لیں۔ چھوٹے چھوٹے کوفتے بنا کر ایک طرف رکھ لیں۔ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور پیاز سنہرا کرلیں۔ پیاز میں لہسن ادرک پیسٹ، تنوری مصالحہ ڈال کر چند سیکنڈ بھونیں۔ دہی شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ مصالحے میں کوفتے ڈال کر پین ڈھک دیں اور پندرہ سے دس منٹ تک دم پر رکھ دیں۔ اب کوفتوں میں مٹر شامل کردیں اور ہلکے ہاتھ سے مکس کریں۔ کوفتوں میں کریم شامل کرکے چولہا بند کردیں۔ مٹر کوفتوں میں لیموں کا رس، کٹا ادرک اور ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔
