اجزاء:
بڑے بڑے کریلے آدھا سیر
انار دانہ ایک چھٹانک
ہری مرچ آٹھ عدد
گھی ایک پاؤ
پیاز ایک پاؤ
سرخ مرچ اور نمک حسب ضرورت
لہسن اور ادرک پیسا ہوا چائے کا آدھا چمچ

ترکیب:

کریلوں کو اچھی طرح سے کھرچ لیں۔ اور پیٹ چاک کر کے بیج نکال دیں اور پھر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے نمک لگا کر رکھ دیں۔ لہسن، ادرک ، نمک، سرخ مرچ، پیاز، انار دانہ ملا کر پیس لیں۔ ہری مرچ بھی ان کے ساتھ پیس لیں۔ پھر کریلوں کو اچھی طرح دھو کر خشک کرنے کے بعد تھوڑے سے مصالحے کے سوا تمام مصالحہ ان کریلوں میں بھر دیں۔ اور ان کو کسی دھاگے سے باندھ دیں۔ پھر کسی دیگچی یا فرائنگ پین میں گھی ڈال کر ان کو اس گھی میں تل لیں۔ یہاں تک کہ کریلے اچھی طرح سرخ ہو جائیں۔ پھر بچا ہوا مصالحہ ڈال کر ان کو تھوڑا سا بھون لیں اور بعد میں دم پر رکھ دیں۔ تقریباً دس منٹ کے بعد ان کو اتار لیں۔
