Mince ½ kg
Coriander_gid28'>Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Oil_gid18'>Oil 1 cup

Tomato_gid34'>Tomatoes ½ kg
Green Chilies 4-5
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander_gid28'>Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Ginger_gid29'>Ginger Garlic_gid588'>Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt_gid22'>Salt 1-1/2 tsp

How to make Qeema Bhare Baingan

METHOD:

In a pot, add mince, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it.
Cut the brinjals and fill the prepared masala. Fry the stuffed brinjals.
Now, add sliced tomatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, crushed red chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low flame and then removes from the stove.
