تمام سبزیاں چھیل کر دھولی جائیں اور ان کے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ ٹماٹرکاٹ لیں۔ دیگچی میں گھی گرم کر کے گوشت اور مرغی کے ٹکڑے اس میں ڈالیں۔ نمک، گاجر، شلجم، ٹماٹر، پیاز، مٹر، تج، لونگ اور زعفران بھی ساتھ ڈال دیں۔ کچھ دیر بھوننے کے بعد اس قدر پانی ڈالیں کہ سب چیزیں گل جائیں۔ سویوں کو الگ ابال لیں اور جب تمام اشیاء گل جائیں تو پلیٹ میں نکال کر سویاں ڈالیں اورپھر کشمش چھڑک دیں۔ اس پر ٹماٹر کی چٹنی ڈال دیں۔ بہت ہی لذیذ اور عمدہ ڈش تیار ہو گی۔ اس ڈش کو مراکشی زبان میں”کاؤس“کہاجاتا ہے۔
