Ingredients
gelatin powder 2 tbsp
water 1/2 cup
evaporated milk (chilled) 1 tin
mango puree 1 cup
sugar 4 tbsp
whipped cream 8 ounces
How to make Mango Souffle

METHOD:

Dissolve gelatin powder with water (I had gelatin blocks... i used that) ... put it on flame... don't let it boil.... cook until dissolved completely

Now in a blender jug... add evaporated milk and mango puree/chunks... blend for 1 min.. it will become fluffy

Add dissolved gelatin mixture... sugar and 4 ounces of cream and blend till well combined

Pour in serving bowl

And garnish it with remaining whipped cream.. and serve chilled till set completely and enjoy.
