• 3 ripe mangoes or
• 1 X 32 oz. can of mangoes
• ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
• oil or ghee for frying
• 2 green chillis
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 cartons yoghurt
• salt to taste
• pinch of sugar
How to make YOGHURT WITH MANGO (AAM RAITHA)
Method
Peel the fresh mangoes, chop coarsely and set aside. If using canned ones, drain. Fry the mustard seeds in a little oil or ghee until they begin to splutter. Finely mince the green chilies and garlic and add to the mangoes along with the mustard seeds, yoghurt, salt and sugar.
