RAW SWEET CORNS......................6 (PEELED)
GREEN CHILLI PASTE....................1 TBSP
RED POMOGRANATE (ANAAR)......1 BIG
SUGAR..............................................2 TBSP
MILK..................................................3 CUPS
CURRY LEAVES (KARHI PATTEY)...8-10 LEAVES
GREEN FOOD COLOUR....................1/4 TSP
OIL OR GHEE......................................1 TBSP
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS (WHOLE)..1 TSP

How to make Makai Ka Teekha Meetha Halwa (sweet corn halwa)
METHOD:
1. First to grind all raw sweetcorns.
2. Take a pan and put on medium hob.
3. Now pour oil/ghee and add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
4. After 30-40 seconds add graded sweet corns, stir quickly and simultaneously add milk, sugar, salt ,green chilli paste, green food color.
5. Now cook on low flame but stir the spoon otherwise stick on the pan.
6. When the milk will be dry and halwa leave the stickiness to the pan, then it will b ready. Turn off the hob and garnish with pomegranate (anaar) seeds.
