میکرونی پاستا

اجزاء:
شوگر کے مریض کھانے میں محدود چیزیں کھاتے ہیں۔ ہر چیز کو کھانے سے پہلے ان کو سوچنا پڑتا ہے کہ کہیں یہ شوگر نہ بڑھا دے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ کئی مزیدار کھانوں کو وہ چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔ لیکن اگر احتیاط برتی جائے تو ہر کھانے کو مناسب طریقے سے بنا کر کھایا جا سکتا ہے کیونکہ جو صحت ہم غذاؤں سے حاصل کر سکتے ہیں وہ دواؤں سے نہیں کی جا سکتی ہے۔

ترکیب:

بلینڈر میں بلانچ کیے ہوئے(پکے ہوئے) ٹماٹر ڈال کر بلینڈ کریں اور پیوری بنالیں۔
پین میں تیل گرم کرکے اس میں لہسن کے جوے اور باریک کٹی پیاز چند سیکنڈز فرائی کرلیں۔
پھر اس میں گائے کا(چکن کا) قیمہ شامل کرکے کچھ دیر مزید فرائی کرلیں۔
ٹماٹر کی پیوری، کْٹی لال مرچ، اوریگانو ، نمک اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ قیمہ گل جائے۔
اس میں اْبلی ہوئی میکرونی ، شملہ مرچ اور مکئی کے دانے شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں تاکہ تمام اجزاء یک جان ہو جائیں۔
اس کے بعد گرم گرم ڈِش میں نکال کر اوپر چیڈر چیز چھڑک دیں۔
آخر میں بیزل کے پتوں سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
