آلو(چاپ)---------------- ۱یک عدد
گاجر(چاپ)------------- ایک عدد
تیل---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک------------ حسبِ ذائقہ
لہسن--------------- (چاپ) 2کھانے کے چمچے
ادرک کا پیسٹ-------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر------------ 1چٹکی
ہلدی------------ 1چائے کا چمچہ
اصلی ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ---------------- 1/5کپ
شملہ مرچ--------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
پھول گوبھی----------- 1/2کپ
ادرک (جولین)----------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
ہرا دھنیا، لیموں، ہری مرچ------------- سرو کے لئے

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے تیل میں لہسن شامل کرکے تھوڑا سا سنہرا کرلیں اب اس میں زیرہ، آلو ،نمک اور مرچیں شامل کرکے آدھا گل جانے تک پکائیں اب اس میں ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ اور ادرک شامل کرکے تیز آنچ پر پکائیں۔پھر اس میں پھول گوبھی اور گاجر شامل کرکے مزید 10منٹ تک پکائیں۔اب آخر میں اس میں شملہ مرچ شامل کردیں۔
پھر اس میں ادرک ، لیمو ں کا رس،ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچ شامل کرکے سرو کریں۔
