اجزاء:
آلو 3 عدد درمیانی سائز کے اُبال کر میش کرلیں ۔
بون لیس چکن آدھا پاؤ ( بوائل کر کے باریک ریشے کرلیں )
ہری مرچ 5 عدد باریک کتری ہوئی ۔
ہرا دھینا تھوڑا سا باریک کترا ہوا ۔
پسی ہوئی سرخ مرچ ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچہ ۔
نمک حسبِ ضرورت ۔

بیسن 4 کھانے کے چمچے ۔
انڈہ ۔ 1 عدد ۔
پسی ہوئی سرخ مرچ چٹکی بھر ۔
نمک حسبِ ضرورت ۔
آئل حسبِ ضرورت ۔

ترکیب:

میش کیئے ہوئے آلو میں چکن کے ریشے ہرا دھینا ، ہری مرچ ، پسی سرخ مرچ اور نمک ملا کر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے چھوٹے سائز کے کباب بنا لیں ، اب بیسن میں انڈہ اور نمک مرچ شامل کر کے پیسٹ بنائیں پانی کی ضرورت ہو تو تھوڑا سا پانی بھی پیسٹ میں شامل کر لیں ، اب آلو کے کباب بیسن میں ڈبو کر فرائی کرلیں اور مزے سے کھائیں ۔ اس پکوڑے کے ساتھ ہری مرچوں والی دہی مزہ دیتی ہے ۔ ایک پیالی دہی میں 4 یا 5 ہری مرچ اور حسبِ ضرورت نمک ڈال کر بلینڈ کرلیں اور پکوڑے کے ساتھ مزے سے کھائیں ۔
