Ingredients

4 Lemon
1 cup Sugar
a pinch Black Salt
4 cups Water
1/2 bunch Mint leaves chopped
as required Ice

How to make Lemon Ka Sharbat

METHOD:

Put together in a blender 4 glasses of water and juice of 2 lemons.Now remove seeds of the remaining 2 lemons, cut into small pieces with skin and add to the blender. Also add in 1 cup sugar and blend well.

Put crushed ice in serving glasses, pour Sharbat, garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with a pinch of black salt. Serve chilled.
