لال کدو----------- 2/1کلو
دودھ------------------ایک پاﺅ
کھویا--------------------- ایک پاﺅ
کٹی چھوٹی الائچی------------------- 3-4عدد
کیوڑا ایسنس------------------ چند قطرے
چینی-------------------- حسبِ ضرورت
ڈرائی فروٹ----------------- حسبِ ضرورت
گھی------------------ 2/1کپ

ترکیب:

2/1 کلو لال کدو کا چھلکا اتار کر اس کا گودا نکال لیں اور اُبال لیں۔اب پین میں2/1کپ گھی گرم کرکے الائچی کو کڑکڑائیں۔پھر اس میں حسبِ ضرورت چینی اور کدو کش شامل کرکے بھونیں۔اب اس میں ایک کپ دودھ شامل کرکے پکائیں۔پھر اس میں ایک پاﺅ کھویاشامل کرکے بھون لیں۔جب حلوہ گھی چھوڑ دے تو چند قطرے کیوڑا ایسنس شامل کرکے مکس کریں۔آخر میں اسے ڈش میں نکال کرڈرائی فروٹ سے گارنش کرلیں اور سرو کریں۔
