اس کو بنانا بھی انتہائی آسان ہے تو آپ بھی جانیں اور آج بنا کر سب کا دل جیت لیں۔

ترکیب:

آلوؤں کو دھو کر ابالیں اور چھیل کر ان کو کرش کرلیں۔

اس میں مکھن، بریڈ کرمز، انڈے کی زردی، بیسن، میدہ، کورن فلور، آئل، کالی مرچ، لال مرچ، دھنیا، ہلدی، زیرہ، نمک، کٹی لال مرچ یہ تمام پاؤڈر شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔

ایک پین میں تھوڑی سی سویاں ڈال کر سیک لگائیں اور اس کو چولھے سے اتار لیں۔

پھر پین کو چولہے سے اتار کر اس میں کرش کیے ہوئے آلو اس طرح رکھیں کہ ایک تہہ بن جائے۔

اس کے اوپر چاروں طرف چیز لگائیں۔

پھر دوبارہ آلوؤں کا کرش اچھی طرح چاروں طرف رکھ کر اس کو دھیمی آگ پر پکائیں جب تک یہ اچھی طرح براؤن نہ ہو جائے۔
