1 cup grated cabbage or mashed spinach,1 cup potatoes,boiled and mashed 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 egg 1/2 tsp fresh red chillies,crushed 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp zeera,crushed 1/4 tsp turmeric 2 tps coriander leave,chopped oil for frying salt to tast (CURRY) 1 Medium onion, sliced 4 Medium tomatoes, grated 1 tsp garlic , crushed 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 coriander powder 1/2 zeera , crushed pinch of turmeric 1 cup yogurt 1 cup water 4 tbs oil salt to tast
METHOD:
IN bowl the cabbage, potatoes, egg,chillies, coriander powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, zeera and salt. mix altoghter and make in to small ball. Ball them in desiccated coconut.heat oil and fry three or four ball at a time until golden brown. Leave them aside whilst making the curry. heat oil in a pot. Fry the onions the light brown. add potatoes,garlic ,chillies powder, coriander powder,zeera powder, turmeric and salt .Braise well add yoghurt and water.Cook for a few minute. Before serving,add the vegetable Kofta. cook for a minute and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
