Ingredients

20- 25 Kidneys
1 bunch Coriander sl Iced
1 cup Oil
2 Crushed Onions
4 Lemons
4 Sl Iced green chilies
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Hot sp Ices powder
1 tsp Roasted and ground cumin
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
to taste Salt

How to make Kidney With Spices

METHOD:

Cut 20 to 25 kidneys into 4 pieces each. Marinate unwashed kidneys with crushed garlic. Wash with warm water after 15 minutes. In a wok, add washed kidneys and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and allow cooking on low flame. In another wok, heat 1 cup oil and add 2 crushed onion and fry till onion is transparent. Now add transparent onion, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp hot spices powder, juice of 4 lemons, 4 sliced green chilies and 1 tsp roasted and ground white cumin and allow simmering on low flame. In the end, add salt to taste and mix. Serve with chapatti or naan.
