Phaity huay dahi main besan , payaza, adrak,lehson ka past,pisi lal mirch, nemak,tail,aur haldi ko achi tarah mix kr kay halki anch per 1 se 2 ghanty tak pakain.

Aik pain mian tail kar kay is main adrak , lehson ka past aur payaza saty kar lain.
Sath hi haldi, nemak, pisa dhaniya aur pisi lal mirch ko achi tarah bhonain.
Phr is main gosht shamil kar kay gal jany tak pakain.

ترکیب:

کڑہی بنانے کے لئے:

پھینٹے ہوئے دہی میں بیسن،پیاز،ادرک،لہسن کا پیسٹ،پسی لال مرچ،نم،تیل اور ہلدی کو اچھی طرح مکس کر کے ہلکی آنچ پر ایک سے دو گھنٹے تک پکائیں۔

بیف کری بنانے کے لئے:

ایک پین میں تیل گرم کر کے اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ پیاز ساتے کر لیں۔
ساستھ ہی ہلدی،نمک،پسا دھنیا اور پسی لال مرچ کو اچھی طرح بھونیں۔
پھر اس میں گوشت شامل کر کے گل جانے تک پکائیں۔
اب اس میں کوکونٹ ملک اور پسا گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔
اسپیگیٹھی کو ابال لیں۔
ایک سرونگ ڈش میں اسپیگیٹھی کی تہ لگائیں۔
اوپر سے کڑہی ڈالیں اور گوشت کی کری شاملک ریں۔
کٹا ہرا دھنیا،کٹی ہری مرچ،چاٹ مصالحہ فنگر چپس،ابلے انڈے اور تلی اسپیگیٹھی سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
