اجزاء:
گائے کا گوشت-- 1کلو
تیل-- 2/1کپ
پیاز-- 2عدد
لہسن-- 6-8جوے
ادرک-- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
دہی-- 2/1-1کپ
نمک-- حسبِ ذوق
ثابت دھنیا-- 2/1-1چائے کا چمچہ
ثابت زیرہ-- 2/1-1چائے کا چمچہ
لونگ-- 4-6عدد
کالی مرچ-- 6-8عدد
الائچی-- 4عدد
تیز پتہ-- 1عدد
ثابت لال مرچ-- حسبِ ذوق
لال مرچ پاﺅڈر-- 1چائے کا چمچہ
ہلدی-- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
کیوڑہ-- 2/1-1چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

گرم تیل میں پیاز فرائی کرکے نکال لیں اور چورہ کردیں۔
اب تیل میں گوشت اور لہسن ادرک ڈال کر فرائی کرلیں۔
پھر اس میں نمک، ثابت دھنیا، ثابت زیرہ، لونگ، کالی مرچ، الائچی، تیز پتہ، ثابت لال مرچ، پسی لال مرچ،ہلدی اور جائفل جاوتری شامل کرکے بھون لیں۔
ساتھ ہی دو گلاس پانی ڈال کر گوشت کو گلنے تک پکائیں۔
آخر میں پیاز اور کیوڑہ شامل کرکے دم پر رکھیں۔
تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
