ترکیب:

لسی میں بیسن کو گھول لیں۔ نمک، مرچ، لہسن ، پیاز پسا ہوا لیں۔ گھی کی آدھی مقدار میں مصالحہ خوب بھون لیں۔ خوشبو آنے لگے تو لسی اور بیسن کا آمیزہ ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں زیادہ پتلی یا گاڑھی نہ ہو۔ دوسرے بیسن میں نمک، مرچ ، پیاز کاٹ کر اور کھانے کا سوڈا ملا لیں پھر گھول کر گھی میں پکوڑے تل لیں اور ساتھ ساتھ کڑھی میں ڈالتی رہیں۔ تھوڑی سی کٹی ہوئی پیاز اور ثابت زیرے کا تھوڑے سے گھی میں بگھار کر کے اوپر سے ڈال دیں۔
