METHOD:

Sub se pehle shimla mirch, gajar or bnd ghobi ko barik jolien cut krlen, phir 1 non stick pan mai thora sa tel garam kr k hari pyaz ka uper ka hissa dal k thora sa fry karen phir gajar dalen thora fry kr k bnd ghobi dalen thora fry kr k shimla mirch dal k sweet corn dal den phir us mai hasb e zaiqa namak, pisi kali mirch, 2 tbs sirka or 2 tbs soya sauce shamil kr k chulhe se utar len, ando ko phent k us mai 2 chutki namak or thora sa zarde ka rung dal k tal k usko lambai mai kat krlen, phir 1 bartan mai thore tel mai lehsan barik kat kr thora fry k us mai rice k hisab se pani dal kr us mai chicken cube or munasib sa namak dal kr dhak den jb ubal a jae to bhege hoe rice shamil karen jb rice pak jaen or ap unhe dum pe rakhen tb un mai fry ki hoi sbziyan or ande shamil kr k dum pe rakh den aakhir mai hari pyaz k patto se garnish kr k pesh karen tyar hain.
