• A quarter Kilogram of the skin and seed removed Jackfruit
• Jaggery-150 grams
Ginger grated-5 grams
Ghee-1 table spoon
• Cashew Nuts-10 in numbers
• Yield: serves 5

How to make Jack Fruit Jam


1. Extract pulp from the jack fruit after removing the wastes.
2. Stir well the pulp in slow heat, after it gets cooked for 30 minutes add jaggery into it and cook further in Order to get them well blended.
3. Add the grated ginger
4. Fry the cashew nuts in the ghee and mix it well with the jam prepared.
• The smell will be very pleasant.
