Ingredients
chicken-1kg
onions-4 to 6 medium size
salt to taste
red chilli powder
ginger garlic paste-2 table spoon
cashews-8 to 10
almonds-8 to 10
tomato ketchup-2spoons big
vinegar-2spoons big
blackpepper-1ttea spoon
green chilli sauce or hara masala grinded
curd-2 teaspoon
garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
oil-one cup
How to make Hyderabadi Dum ka Chicken

METHOD:

Take a deep bowl and pour the oil.then add onion in to the oil fry the onion till it gets brown then take it out and keep it in a plate close the stove .then come to chicken add all the other ingredients to the chicken then mix it well lastly add the fried onion
to it then keep it for 10 to 15 minutes and add this chicken to that bowl in which we fried the onion keep it in low low flame till the oil gets up to the chicken.tasty and lovely dish is ready serve it with roti/chapati/or naan and salad .

How to Make Hyderabadi Dum Murgh Recipe (Summarized Method):

  • Fry onions in oil in a deep bowl until they turn brown.
  • Remove from stove, transfer in a plate and switch stove off.
  • Apply spices to chicken, mix well and add fried onions.
  • Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes, move the chicken to bowl in which you fried onions.
  • Place on stove on low heat unless oil layer comes up.
  • Delicious Dum ka chicken (Murgh Hyderabadi) is ready to serve.
  • Enjoy with naan, salad and raita.
