اجزاء:
مرغی کی بوٹیاں------- (بغیر ہڈی) 500گرام
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک-------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
دہی----------- 4/1پیالی
ہرا دھنیا--------------- 4/1پیالی
ہری مرچیں-------------- 7عدد
لیموں کا رس-------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
پسی ہوئی ہلدی------------------ 4/1چائے کا چمچہ
پسا ہو اگرم مصالحہ------------- 2چائے کے چمچے
نمک--------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تیل----------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
پیاز کے لچھے، سلاد پتے، لیموں کے قتلے--------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

بلینڈر میں مرگی کے علاوہ باقی تمام اجزاءیکجان کرلیں۔ مرغی کی بوٹیوں پر پسا ہوا مصالحہ لگا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اس آمیزے کو کڑاہی میں ڈالیں اور مرغی گلنے تک پکائیں، پھر پانی خشک ہونے تک بھوُن کر ڈش میں نکا ل لیں۔اسے پیاز، سلاد پتے اور لیموں کے قتلوں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
