Fresh Coriander: a half bunch
Fresh Mint: the half bunch
Green Chilies: 4
Garlic Cloves: 4
Lemon JuIce: 4 tablespoon
Salt: As required
Yogurt: half kg
Coal: 1 piece
Chat Masala: 2 tbsp

How to make Hara Masala Smoked Chutney


Combine coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic cloves, salt, Chat Masala and lemon juice in a blender and grind to a fine paste.

In a large bowl, beat the yogurt until it is smooth and creamy.

Whisk in the green chutney paste.

Heat the piece of coal until red, put it in a small bowl, and place the bowl in the middle of the large bowl of yogurt mix.

Drizzle a bit of oil on the coal to release its smoky flavor.

Cover the large bowl tightly and remove the coal just before serving.
