گلاب جامن

مٹھائیوں کی بات ہو گلاب جامن کا ذکر نہ ہو یہ تو ممکن ہی نہیں ہے اور گلاب جامن اگر گھر میں موجود دودھ اور آٹے کی مدد سے بازار جیسے مزیدار سے بن جائیں تو مزہ ہی آجائے۔

چلیں آج بنائیے ہماری اس ٹپ سے باآسانی مزیدار سے گلاب جامن جو کھائے وہ آپ کے ہاتھوں کے بنے گلاب جامن کا دیوانہ ہوجائے۔

ترکیب:

٭ ایک لیٹر دودھ کو اچھی طرح پکائیں اور چمچ چلاتی رہیں یہاں تک کہ دودھ کھویا بن جائے۔ اور جب دودھ کھویا بن جائے تو اسے ٹھنڈا کرنے رکھ دیں۔

٭ ایک کپ آٹا، ایک چمچ بیکنگ سوڈا، دو چمچ گھی، ایک چمچ اور ایک چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کریں اور کھویا ڈال کر اس آٹے کو اچھی طرح گوندھ لیں۔

٭ پین میں دو کپ چینی، ایک الائچی اور ڈھائی کپ پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح شیرہ پکالیں۔

٭ آٹے کی چھوٹی چھوٹی گلاب جامن کی گولیاں بنائیں اور پھر اس کو آئل میں فرائی کرلیں۔

٭ آخر میں ان کو چینی کے شیرے میں ڈال کر سروو کریں۔ لیجئیے تیار ہیں گرما گرم مزیدار گلاب جامن۔
