Ingredients

Chicken pieces (b Oiled and shredded)…………3 cups
Bread…………8 sl Ices
Red chilies (crushed) …………1 tsp
Onion (finely cut) …………1
Barbeque sauce …………½ cup
Fresh Coriander (chopped) …………¼ cup
Un Salted Butter …………3 tbsp
Cottage cheese …………8 sl Ices
Olive Oil…………1 tbsp

How to make Grilled Sandwich

METHOD:

• Heat oil in a frying pan, fry chicken, red chillies and onion.
• Add barbeque sauce and fresh coriander and remove from flame.
• Melt butter in a frying pan and toast bread slices.
• Layer half slices with a layer of cheese and chicken and cover with the remaining slices.
• Toast sandwiches in a greased frying pan, cut in halves and serve.
