Ingredients

8 sl Ices of White Bread (or any cho Ice of Bread)
12 (1 ounce) sl Ices of Cheddar Cheese (or any cho Ice of cheese)
8 tsp. Butter (Makhan) (softened)

How to make Grilled Cheese Sandwich

METHOD:

Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 teaspoon butter.

Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle on medium heat. Place 1 slice of bread in skillet, buttered-side down. Top with 3 slices of cheese. Cover with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up. Cook until bread is golden brown; turn. Continue cooking until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Note: Serving Amount: 1 Sandwich, Preparation Time: 15 minutes, Cooking Time: 4 Minutes
