• Meat 1 nad half kg
Ghee 375 grams
• Bari Elaichi 2 tola
• Onion 250 grams
• Yogurt 250 grams
• RIce 1 and half kg
• longh 2 tola
• Saffaron 2 masha
Ginger 2 tola
Salt 3 tola
• green grain 125 grams

How to make Green Chanay Ki Biryani


Keep separate meat pieces after applying salt mixed ginger extract. After sometime apply yogurt on them. Then after few minutes, redden the onion into 8 tola and 4 masha ghee and roast meat and yogurt in it and add coriander's water in it. When this water becomes dry spread boiled rice with milk on the meat. On one side spread grain and close the mouth of boiler with kneaded flour. Then stop the flame and replace the fire with coals. Then draw it from the stove. To keep the rice color more yellow add saffaron in it.
