            •	2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
•	2 Ripe Hass avacados, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
•	2 Strawberries, thinly sliced
•	Salt to taste
•	Freshly ground black pepper
•	Juice of 1 lemon
•	teaspoon cayenne pepper
•	4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
•	2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
•	1 medium firm English cucumber
•	Sprigs of dill 
        
 
        
            
                How to make Granny Smith Apples and Avacado Salad with Cilantro Oil
             
            METHOD:
            1.	Mix apples, avacados, strawberries, salt, lemon juice, black pepper and keep it in a cool place.
2.	Whisk together oil and cilantro until well combined.
3.	Cut the cucumber vertically into thin slices, about 1/4-inch. Combine the 2 ends and form into a cylinder by securing it with a toothpick.
4.	Please it on a plate and fill it up with 1/4 of the mixed salad.
