ترکیب:

مرغ دھو کر اس پر نمک اور کالی مرچ خوب ملیں پھر دوبارہ ، سرکہ ڈال کر، ملیں۔ اب اس کے اندر ہری پیاز اور ادرک مل کر گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ پھر کسی برتن میں رکھ کر بھاپ میں پکائیں۔تقریباً گھنٹا لگاے گا۔ گل جائے تو ہری پیاز اور ادرک نکال لیں۔ الف حصہ چولہے پر چڑھا کر اس میں مرغ ڈال دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر چاروں طرف سے ، سنہرا کر یں۔ جلنے نہ دیں۔ گولڈ چکن تیار ہے۔
