آلو --- تین سے چار عدد درمیانے
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ
لہسن پاؤڈر ------ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
چکن پاؤڈر ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پسی ہوئی ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
اویسٹر ساس ------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
مسٹرڈ ساس ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
شہد ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ
آئل ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

آلوؤں کو ابلتے ہوئے پانی میں پانچ سے ساتھ منٹ ابال کر مکمل طور پر ٹھنڈے ہونے رکھ دیں-
پھر انہیں چھیل کر ان کی موٹی قاشیں کاٹ لیں-
ایک بڑے پیالے نمک لہسن کا پاؤڈر٬ چکن پاؤڈر٬ کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ٬ کالی مرچ٬ اویسٹر ساس٬ مسٹرڈ ساس٬ شہد اور تیل ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں-
اس مکسچر کو کٹے ہوئے آلوؤں پر برش کی مدد سے اچھی طرح لگا کر رکھ دیں-
پھر گرل پین کو درمیانی آنچ پر دس سے بارہ منٹ گرم کریں اور ان قاشوں کو دونوں طرف سے اچھی طرح سنہری ہونے تک گرل کرلیں-
