METHOD:

Cook spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction

Melt butter ina large frying pan and cook garlic over a low heat for 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat and add spaghetti watercress and parmesan cheese. Season to taste with black pepper and toss to combine.. finally serve
