ترکیب:

ثابت گرم مصالحے کو پانی میں شامل کرکے سینک لیں اور ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
گرائنڈر میںبھنا مصالحہ اور سوکھامصالحہ ڈال کر پیس لیں۔پھر اس میں تیل شامل کریں۔
بیف چاپس کو سرکہ اور تیار پیسٹ لگا کر 3گھنٹے تک چھوڑ دیں۔
فوائل میں لپیٹ کر اوون میں 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈپر پکائیں، اتنا کہ گل جائے۔
اب نکال کر پین میں ایک چوتھائی تیل گرم کرکے سینک لیں۔
جب پانی سوکھ جائے تو کوئلے کا دھواںلگائیں۔
پیاز کے رنگز، چاول اور نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
