Banane ki tarkeeb

Chawal dho kar 1 ghanta bhigoain. Phr hataon sy khoob mal kar rkhain. Gajraain paani main adh gai kar lain. Paani khushk hoajye to doodh aur chawal daal dain. Lakri k chamach sy khoob ghootain. Chawal gal jain to cheeni aur mewa daal dain. Kheer ki tarha garha hojaye to utar lain garam aur thanda dono tarha khaya jata hai.

گجریلا

اجزاء:
ٹوٹ چاول--------- 1/3 کپ
کدوکش گاجر یں----------- دو کپ
دودھ---------- دو کلو
چینی------1 کلو
بادام کٹے اور چھلکا اترے ہوئے---------- 10 عدد
ناریل کٹا ہوا------ تھوڑا سا

ترکیب:

چاول دھو کر ایک گھنٹہ بھگو ئیں۔
پھر ہاتھوں سے خوب مل کر رکھیں۔
گاجر یں پانی میں آدھی گیلی کر لیں۔
پانی خشک ہو جائے تو دودھ اور چاول ڈال دیں۔ لکڑی کے چمچ سے خوب گھوٹیں۔
چاول گل جائیں، تو چینی اور میوہ ڈال دیں۔
کھیر کی طرح گاڑھا ہو جائے تو اتار لیں۔
گرم اور ٹھنڈا دونوں طرح کھا یا جاتا ہے۔
