             1 liter Whole Milk
    A small can Condenced Milk
    4 to 5 tbsp. Sugar (If prefer more sugar then reduce the amount of condenced milk.)
    ½ cup Rice Flour
    Dry Fruit (depending on preferance)
    Pistachios (preferred amount)
    Almonds (Baadaam) (preferred amount)
    1 tsp. Vanilla Essence (Kewra)
    Seeds from 3 to 4 Small Cardamom Pods (Choti Ilaichi)
        
 
        
            
            METHOD:
            In a pot add milk and cardamom seeds, rice flour and sugar. Leave on a very low flame to cook and keep stirring. When the mixture thickens add vanilla (kewra) essence and remove from heat. And garnish with dry fruit.
