کنڈینس ملک------------ 1کپ
چھوٹی الائچی----------------- 4عدد
پستے------ 10عدد
بادام---------------- 10عدد
چاندی کا ورق--------------- گارنش کے لئے
گھی----------- 2-4کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے برتن میں گھی گرم کریں۔الائچی کڑکالیںاور اس میں سوجی شامل کرکے اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔یہاں تک کے بادامی رنگت آجائے پھر اس میں دودھ شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں اور چمچ ہلاتے رہیں۔جب گاڑھا ہونے لگے تو اس میں چینی شامل کرکے اتنا پکائیں کہ دوبارہ سے گاڑھا ہوجائے ۔ بادام ،پستے اور چاندی کا ورق لگا کر پیش کریں۔
