سرخ مرچ،نمک، سیاہ مرچ اور ادرک کو سل پر اچھی طرح سے باریک پیس لیا جائے اور ان پسے ہوئے مصالحوں کو سرکہ میں ملا کر خوب اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیا جائے۔ اب مرغی کو صاف کر کے اس کی بوٹیاں کر لیں یا اگر آپ چاہیں تو بے شک اسے سالم رہنے دیں۔ یہ آپ کی اپنی پسند پر منحصر ہے کہ آپ کس طرح پکانا اور کھانا پسند کرتے ہیں۔ دونوں صورتوں میں مرغی کے گوشت میں سوئی یا چھری کانٹے وغیرہ کی مدد سے جگہ جگہ چھوٹے سوراخ کر لئے جائیں۔ ان سوراخوں میں مصالحہ ملا کر سرکہ ڈال دیں یہاں تک کہ تمام گوشت مصالحوں سے بھیگ کر تر ہوجائے۔ اب گوشت کو دو گھنٹے کے لئے ٹھنڈی جگہ پر رکھ دیں۔فریج ہو تو زیادہ بہتر ہے۔ دو گھنٹے کے بعد مرغی کے گوشت کو گھی میں تل کر سرخ کر لیں۔ سرخ ہونے پر تھوڑا سا پانی ڈالیں۔ گل جانے پر دوبارہ سرخ کر لیں۔ اس کے بعد سلاد، چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔ یہ بے حدلذیذ ڈش ہے اور پاکستان میں بہت ذوق وشوق سے پکائی اور کھائی جاتی ہے۔
