ونیلاایسنس........ 1چائے کاچمچہ
گلابی .......رنگ چندقطرے

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں 1کب دودھ ابالیں۔1کھانے کا چمچہ کارن فلورتھوڑے سے ٹھندے دودھ میں ملاکر ابلے دودھ میں شامل کریں
اور گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں ۔ پھر اس میں 7کھا نے کے چمچے چینی اور 1-1/2کھانے کا چمچہ کنڈینسڈ ملک ملائیں ۔
ٹھنڈا ہوجانے پر اس میں 1کپ کریم ملائیں ۔اب 1چائے کاچمچہ ونیلا ایسنس اور چند قطرے گلابی رنگ ڈال کر ملائیں
اور ائیرٹائٹ ڈبے میں بھر کر فریزرمیں رکھ دیں ۔ آئس کریم آدھی سیٹ ہو جائے تو فریزر سے نکال کر پھینٹیں اور دوبارہ
فریزر میں رکھ دیں ۔ بچوں کے لئے یہ آئسکریم اسٹک والے پوپ سیکل مولڈز میں بھی فریز کر سکتے ہیں
