Non stick pan main doodh aur cream daal kar darmiyani anch per pakain aur lakri k chamchay sy mix karain. Piyaalay main anday ki zardi, vanilla essence aur shaker daal kar khoob phaintain is kbaad is main cream aur adhi piyaali doodh k amaizay ko zardi main daal kar beter sy achi tarha mix karain.Is k baad zardi walay amaizay ko sauce pan main garm hotaye hoye amezay main shamil kar halki anch per 8 minute tak pakaain. Ameeza itna garha hojaye k chamchay per iski coting c bannay lgay to sauce pan ko cholahy sy hata lain. Ameezay ko chhan kar saanchay main daalain aur dhaanp kar freezer main rakhain. Is k baad nikal kar better sy phaint kar dobara 6 sy 8 adad ghantay k liye freezer main rakh dain. Mazaydaar ice cream taiyaar hai.

اجزاء:
ڈبل کریم دو پیالی ، دودھ دو پیالی ،انڈےچار عدد، زردی الگ کرلیں۔شکر تین چوتھائی پیالی، ونیلا ایسنس حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

نان اسٹک پین میں دودھ اور کریم ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں اور لکڑی کے چمچے سے مکس کریں۔پیالے میں انڈے کی زردی،ونیلا ایسنس اور شکر ڈال کر خوب پھینٹیں،اس کے بعد اس میں کریم اور آدھی پیالی دودھ کے آمیزے کو زردی میں ڈال کر بیٹر سے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔اس کے بعد زردی والے آمیزے کو سوس پین میں گرم ہوتے ہوئے آمیزے میں شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر آٹھ منٹ تک پکائیں۔آمیزہ اتنا گاڑھا ہوجائے کہ چمچے پر اس کی کوٹنگ سی بننے لگے تو سوس پین کو چولہے سے ہٹالیں۔آمیزے کو چھان کر سانچے میں ڈالیں اور ڈھانپ کر فریزر میں رکھیں۔اس کے بعد نکال کر بیٹر سے پھینٹ کر دوبارہ چھ سے آٹھ گھنٹے کے لئے فریزر میں رکھ دیں۔مزیدار آئسکریم تیار ہے۔
