سرکہ 50ملی لیٹر
سونف پانچ گرام

ترکیب:

بطخ کو کاٹ کر ابلتے پانی میں مقشر کر یں۔ پھر ٹھنڈے پانی میں بھگو کر تھپک تھپک کر خشک کر یں۔ بطخ کے اندر نمک لگائیں۔
پکانے کی ترکیب:
لوہے کے برتن میں دو لیٹر پانی ڈالیں۔ لال چاول ، پیاز، ادرک، سونف ، تیج پات پتلے کپڑے کی پوٹلی میں لپیٹ کر برتن میں ڈال دیں۔ پانی ابا لیں۔ جب وہ لال رنگ کا ہو جائے کپڑے کی پوٹلی نکال لیں۔ بطخ اس میں ڈال دیں۔ اور راک شوگر ، نمک اور سرکہ بھی اس میں شامل کر دیں۔ آنچ مدھم کر دیں۔ دو گھنٹے ابا لیں حتیٰ کہ سوس ابل کر 200ملی لیٹر رہ جائے بطخ کو نکال لیں۔ اس کو ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔ پیش کرنے سے پہلے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
