METHOD:
piyaz fry karen or qeeme ko thora sa bhoon len,ab us man adrek lehsen ka paste,haldi,namak,laal mirch daal ker bhonen.kuch der bhonne ke baad tomatos kaat ker dalen,ab helki aanch ker ke qeeme ko tomatos ke pani ma gelne den,10 se 15 min ma qeema gel jay ga,jub pani dry ho jay to us man heri piyaz,gajer fry ker ke miladen,heri mirch,hara dhaniya or garam masala mila ker chulha bend ker den.
chaawal ko aadha ghenta pehle bhigoden,phir namak mile pani man boil ker len.1 kani jub reh jay to pani phenk den or chelni ma chawlon ko thori der rehne den take zaid pani nikel jay.ab 1 pateele man thora sa oil lagaen,pehle chawal ki teh lagaen phir qeeme ki teh lagaen egg bhi sath shamil ker len,chinese namak or soy sauce saath chirekti jaen,is tarah tamam chawlon or qeeme ki teh lagaen ab 10 se 15 min ke liye dem per rekh den.
