Ginger & Garlic Paste............................ 1 teaspoon
Chicken Jalfrezi Masala......................... 3 tablespoons

How to make Dhaka Chicken Masala
METHOD:
- Make small insertions on the chicken drumsticks.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the drumsticks till they are lightly golden.
- Add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Chicken Jalfrezi Masala, and yogurt. Cook till chicken is tender.
- Once tender, add tomatoes, Chili Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce, Chinese Soy Sauce, and Iodized Salt; do a quick bhunai till tomatoes soften.
- Serve hot, garnish with sesame seeds.
