• 800g of diced chicken breast
• 70ml of vegetable oil
• 4 red onions, chopped
• 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
• Four bay leaves
• 80g of tomato paste
• 80g of ginger and garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
• Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Half a teaspoon of Garam Masala
• Half a teaspoon of dried fenugreek
• 15g of chopped coriander
METHOD:
• Heat the oil then add the bay leaves and cumin seeds, followed by the chopped onion
• Cook until the onion is golden brown, then add the diced chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes on a slow heat
• Stir it well, then add some water and cook until the chicken is cooked
• Garnish the dish with the chopped coriander
• Serve with boiled rice
