• Pani ya Orange ju Ice ….2/3 cup

• Orange ……Zeest ….1 Tb spoon
• Sirka ……1 tb spoon

Frosting kay liay :

• Tail …… 2 Tb spoon
• Coco powder …..2 Tb spoon
• Garam Pani …..3 , 4 Tb spoon
• Icing Sugar ….1 cup ( channi hui)
• Orange peel …..sajawat kay liay

Banane ki tarkeeb

• Maida , soda aur coco powder sath chaan kar is main cheeni shamil kar kay achi tarah mix kar lain.
• Uper se tail sirka aur pani dal kar jaldi se phaint kar grees aur line kiye huay 8 inch kay tin main dal kar 25 mint kay liay 180c per bake kar lain.
• Baking kay baad pori tarah thanda kar lain aur phr cake ko serve krain

میدہ ۔۔ ایک کپ
بیکنگ سوڈا ۔۔ 4/3 چائے کا چمچہ
چینی ۔۔ 3/2 کپ
پانی یا اورنج جوس ۔۔ 3/2 کپ
تیل ۔۔ چار کھناے کے چمچے
اورنج ذیسٹ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سرکہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

فرسٹنگ کے لئے:
تیل ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
کوکو پاؤڈر۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
گرم پانی ۔۔ تین سے چارکھانے کے چمچے
آئسنگ شوگر ۔۔ ایک کپ ( چھنی ہوئی )
اورنج پیل ۔۔ سجاوٹ کے لئے

ترکیب:

میدہ، سوڈا اور کوکو پاؤڈر ساتھ چھان کر اس میں چینی شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ اوپر سے تیل سرکہ اور پانی ڈال کر جلدی سے پھینٹ کر گریس اور لائن کیے ہوئے آٹھ انچ کے ٹن میں ڈال کر 25 منٹ کئ لئے 180 سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کرلیں۔ بیکینگ کے بعد پوری طرح ٹھنڈا کرلیں اور پھر کیک کو سرو کریں۔
